Please carefully read our policies below and take a look around our shop. Please note that our products are handmade therefore products may vary from piece to piece.

- We are happy to accept payment through PayPal. Payment is due at time of checkout and items will not ship until payment has cleared.
- The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
- Small orders ship in 2-3 business days.
- Large orders are shipped in 3-5 business days.
- We ship all our orders via Canada Post.
- It will take approximately 3-5 business days to ship within Canada and 4-7 business days to ship within United States.
- Please note that we will not provide tracking numbers unless the order is over $100.
Customs and Import Taxes
- Buyers may be subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped to international locations.
- KrisCraft Design is no way responsible for these taxes and duties, and they shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
- KrisCraft Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
- If you are unhappy with your purchase or your order has arrived damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once received we will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Unfortunately we do not take refunds for digital files.
We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information:
- To communicate with you about your order
- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
